Our fine-dining package begins with a civilized sherry served in front of the fire during the Winter months or as a sundowner on the verandah as the weather permits. Guests are then shown into the magnificent dining room where they can enjoy the ultimate in elegance complete with crisp linen tablecloth and serviettes, flowers, sparkling crystal, Wedgewood fine bone china, silver candelabres and exquisite antique chandeliers.

Dinner consists of 3 courses prepared entirely on the premises with only the finest local and seasonal ingredients to ensure a premium of quality, taste and freshness. This is followed by organic Montville coffee and mints. Chef will contact you in advance to provide you with menu option choices to agree a fixed menu which will cater for all tastes. Guests are invited to bring their own wine, champagne and liqueurs which we are happy to chill and serve as required. Any special dietary requirements can be catered for.
